Services provided

We provide web design and development, SEO and digital branding services for businesses in Belgium according to the packages shown on our Pricing page.

Ordering and payment

Work begins after both parties agree on the package and price. Payment details, including deposit and final payment, are confirmed before work starts.

Client responsibilities

• Provide the required content (text, images and contact information) on time.
• Review the preview and provide feedback within the agreed timeframe.
• Ensure you hold the legal rights to any content or images you provide.

Intellectual property

After full payment, the final website design belongs to the client. YBWeb may display the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Maintenance and support

Post-launch maintenance (updates, changes and support) is provided under a separate subscription according to the agreed plan.

Limitation of liability

We make every reasonable effort to ensure website quality and performance, but we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from third-party use of the website.
